The Nuova Simonelli Aurelia 2 Group E-Milk XT is built for coffee businesses that demand precision without sacrificing workflow speed. The touchscreen also enables programmable espresso and milk recipes, weekly on/off scheduling, cleaning cycles and energy-saving modes. In real-world service, this reduces manual adjustments and keeps the machine performing consistently across shifts.

The E-Milk system is where this model becomes particularly valuable. Milk texturing is one of the most inconsistent parts of drink preparation, especially in high-turnover teams.
